About Erin O’Neill
A lifelong Seattleite, Erin earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Puget Sound. She is a Certified Professional Bike Fitter, Owens Recovery Certified Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) Therapy practitioner, and is currently participating in MTI Physical Therapy’s accredited Sports Residency program.
Erin combines orthopedic manual therapy, movement analysis, and evidence-based rehab strategies to help athletes and active individuals recover from injury, optimize performance, and move with confidence. She understands how pain and dysfunction can affect training and daily life—and works to empower every patient with the tools they need for long-term success.
Her active lifestyle and diverse background—including multi-week backpacking trips, trail marathons, and ski training, as well as physically demanding jobs in factories, the arts, and tech—give her a deep appreciation for how both work and recreation shape the body. This perspective guides her patient-centered approach focused on education, individualized care, and long-term resilience.
Outside the clinic, Erin seeks out “Type 2 fun” in the mountains and on the water—biking, skiing, climbing, and paddling. She also enjoys slowing down with pottery, gardening, and playing the banjo.
