Jackie Gibson

Jackie developed a passion for creating a positive experience for patients while also helping providers maximize their schedule from observing her mom practice as a Naturopathic physician. She pursued a degree as a Medical Administrative Assistant (2012) and joined the MTI team in 2012 as a part of the admin team. Jackie loves the fast pace and creating small, meaningful connections with both patients and physical therapists.

Jackie is now the manager of the admin team, and her focus has shifted from working at the front desk to coaching the admin team. She is excited to see the admins grow and loves having the opportunity to improve the patient experience.

Outside of MTI, Jackie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, getting a good cup of coffee and crafting. She loves to travel with her family, whether it’s camping near water or flying to a new place. Jackie stays active by paddle boarding, going on long walks, and cycling.
