To ensure that your statements end up in your inbox and not in your spam folder, you can either add a new contact with automated@promptemr.com as the email address to your email provider’s address book, or you can whitelist the email address, which adds it to a special list so that emails from automated@promptemr.com will always arrive in your inbox and not be marked as spam.
