About Alli Gibbons
Allison originally began her Physical Therapy career as an Orthopedic Resident with MTI Physical Therapy in Issaquah in 2021. Since completing her training, her path has taken her from playing semi-professional soccer in New York City to teaching kinesiology and exercise science at the University of Rhode Island, and now back to Seattle with a renewed focus and mission.
Her clinical background blends orthopedic manual therapy, strength and conditioning, and sports performance with a deep interest in longevity, sports science, and metabolic health. She has experience with data-driven testing including VO2 max and resting metabolic rate (RMR), and integrates wearable technology and physiological data into individualized treatment plans. Whether a patient is recovering from an injury, working to prevent one, managing a cardiovascular or metabolic condition, or simply looking to optimize overall health, Allison’s goal is to uncomplicate the process and turn complex health data into actionable, empowering tools.
She also has a special interest in treating the cervical spine, TMJ, and chronic headaches, helping patients address conditions that often feel frustrating or overlooked.
Outside of the clinic, Allison can be found running up a mountain, training for Hyrox, playing soccer, watching Chelsea FC win (hopefully), or more than likely dancing at a house music show. She is excited to be back in the Pacific Northwest and part of the MTI team once again.
