Sinah Simas, PT, DPT

Sinah Simas , PT, DPT

[Physical Therapist]
[Doctor of Physical Therapy]

Sinah received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Washington in 2018 and is proud to call herself a Husky. She first learned about the benefits of physical therapy after a soccer injury. Her PT helped her to not only get back on the soccer field, but also to identify and pursue her long-term activity goals. Sinah knew she similarly wanted to empower others to capitalize on their own resources, realizing stronger and healthier futures.

Sinah is a curious and passionate physical therapist, committed to searching for the root cause of her patients’ concerns. As a resident in the Ola Grimsby Institute’s Orthopaedic Manual Therapy Program, Sinah enjoys learning new approaches and specialized techniques to help her patients.

During her free time, Sinah plays soccer, skis, backpacks, hikes, and lifts Olympic-style weights. On a rainy day, she can often be found curled up reading a good book.
