Sheila Oberhardt , PT, DPT

Physical Therapist
Doctor of Physical Therapy

Sheila is a Seattle native and received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Washington in 2018. Prior to her work as a physical therapist, she earned her Master’s of Public Health from the University of Warwick in England and had a career in healthcare research. Her decision to pursue physical therapy stems from a lifelong interest in fitness and health and the desire to build relationships with patients to better develop treatment plans that are motivating and tailored to an individual’s lifestyle and goals.

Sheila draws on her past training as a Pilates Instructor to help communicate with patients about movement impairments and is continuing her education at the Ola Grimsby Institute as a resident in their Orthopaedic Manual Therapy Program.

When she is not in the clinic treating patients, Sheila enjoys rock climbing, backcountry skiing, yoga, pilates, cooking and renovating her home.
