Josh Setterbo , PT, DPT

Physical Therapist
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist

Josh was first introduced to physical therapy following a knee injury that he incurred while playing football in high school in Texas. After working with his physical therapist and seeing his passion for helping people return to their prior function, he decided to pursue a career in physical therapy. Josh attended graduate school at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center where he earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy 2013. In addition to being a physical therapist, he is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).

After graduation he began working as a traveling physical therapist while living in a 5th wheel RV with his significant other, Sydney, and their dog Gus. They settled in the Pacific Northwest as they loved the weather, hiking, and the year-round outdoor activities. Josh joined MTI Physical Therapy in 2017 and he looks forward to pursuing the Manual Therapy Residency Training program through the Ola Grimsby Institute. As a former, oft-injured athlete, he is passionate about helping others returning to their lives without pain or limitations.

In his spare time, Josh enjoys cooking, sports, exercising, projects around the house, real estate, traveling home to Texas to spend time with family, and exploring the Pacific Northwest with Sydney.
