Anika Tideman

Anika Tideman , PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT, CKTP

Anika moved to the Pacific Northwest from Minnesota and joined MTI Physical Therapy during the fall of 2013. Anika received her Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 2009. Following graduation, she worked as a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist, working with adults and kids with disabilities in the outdoor mecca of Bend, Oregon. Working with this population drove Anika to become interested in wanting to help people maximize their function in life. Subsequently, she returned to the midwest to attend the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, MN, where she graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2013. Anika has experience in orthopaedics (extremity and spine) and neurological rehabilitation (acute and chronic stroke, traumatic brain injury, and Parkinson’s Disease).

Anika ran cross country at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, and continues to enjoy training for various triathlons and running events. Outside of work, Anika enjoys hiking, cycling, rock climbing, and cross country skiing.
