The purpose of our benefit program at MTI Physical Therapy is to improve and enhance the lives and health of our employees and their families. We are pleased to offer a comprehensive benefits program to our valued employees.

  • Flexible work week (for Physical Therapists – 36 hour work week, 4 days per week is typical). Office staff flex time is based on the flexibility of the position
  • Professional level (non-Resident) Physical Therapists are compensated based on their monthly net revenue
  • 401k: Generous Safe Harbor Employer contribution (100% vested from day one), plus a profit sharing contribution, making this one of the most generous 401K plans in the industry. Employees are able contribute after 60 days of employment
  • Health Insurance: Medical (choice between an HSA and a regular PPO Plan), Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, EAP
  • Supplemental voluntary health and welfare insurance (such as short term disability, accident insurance, and critical illness insurance) is offered
