The purpose of our benefit program at MTI Physical Therapy is to improve and enhance the lives and health of our employees and their families. We are pleased to offer a comprehensive benefits program to our valued employees.

Who said it had to be 40 hours / 5 days?

  • New physical therapy residents work 38-hours a week with clinical mentoring built into your schedule.
  • Physical Therapy Staff – work 36-hours a week, (4 days per week is typical) . Professional level (non-Resident) Physical Therapists are compensated based on their monthly net revenue.
  • Office staff flex time is based on the flexibility of the position with part-time work from home as an option.

Other benefits include: 

  • 401k: It’s not a matching plan, it’s a true benefit. MTI contributes to your plan directly, with 100% vesting, whether you contribute or not. Employees can contribute additionally to their account after 60 days employment. This is a generous Safe Harbor Employer contribution, plus a profit sharing contribution, making this one of the most generous 401K plans in the industry. Health Insurance: Medical (choice between an HSA and a regular PPO Plan), Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and EAP.
  • Supplemental voluntary health and welfare insurance (such as short term disability, accident insurance, and critical illness insurance) is offered.
