The purpose of our benefit program at MTI Physical Therapy is to improve and enhance the lives and health of our employees and their families. We are pleased to offer a comprehensive benefits program to our valued employees.

Who said it had to be 40 hours / 5 days?

  • New physical therapy residents treat approximately 36 patients per week, and have another 2 hours of clinical mentoring to round out their typical week.
  • Physical Therapy Staff also treat approximately 36 patients per week, (a 4-day work week is typical.) Professional level (non-Resident) Physical Therapists are compensated based on their monthly net revenue.
  • Office staff flex time is based on the flexibility of the position with part-time work from home as an option in some cases.

Other benefits include:

  • 401k: It’s not a matching plan, it’s a true benefit. MTI contributes to your plan directly the first 3% of your earning, with 100% vesting, whether you contribute or not. An additional profit sharing amount is an employer contribution, vested in 3 years, but again is not dependent upon the employee contributing. Employees can contribute additionally to their account after 60 days employment. This is a generous Safe Harbor Employer contribution, plus a profit sharing contribution, making this one of the most generous 401K plans in the industry. Health Insurance: Medical (choice between an HSA and a regular PPO Plan), Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and EAP.
  • Supplemental voluntary health and welfare insurance (such as short term disability, accident insurance, and critical illness insurance) is offered.
  • Paid Time Off, as well as 7 holidays.
  • National, APTA and PTWA, dues paid (Physical Therapists).
  • Continuing education support. Fully paid residency and fellowship (if desired) for Residents and Fellows.
